My strating clay is often re-cycled. I create my mix to match the glaze I gatherer from different oxides, minerals and combinations of other earthen elements, so they will survive the firing cycles. I believe in my own principle; make use of what available around me and create beauty out of it. The re-cycle clay can match certain parts easily, or I could make a completely new piece. The result is one-of-a-kind decorative and functional pieces. As precious and valuable, like life itself. No matter what you do with it, it keeps turning around, a circle, a cycle, and then back to the Earth where it all started. I appreciate classic design as much as modern. This gives me the opportunity to challenge my skill to work on a larger pieces and focus on all the details.
